Our working process
We work closely with all new and existing clients to understand your needs, marketing goals and budget constraints to understand how we can satisfy all of your requirements. We’re also proactive to suggest ways your plans and ideas can evolve, and able to support you in understanding the feasibility of your project.
Understanding the brief.
We’ll first work with you craft a brief around the project you have in mind. Our involvement here can range from reviewing an existing brief, to working with you on a new brief that includes all the key details a video production partner like us might need.
We’ve worked on a wide range of video production projects which makes us the ideal partner to advise you on what is and isn’t possible, and how we can get around problems that might arise.
Stakeholder management.
Many projects require us to engage with a number of key stakeholders. It is at this stage that we understand the key needs and requirements of each stakeholder and work to understand how we can meet these needs.
Some work also requires to work on external sites that our clients do not own, such as construction sites, the public highway or conference centres. In these scenarios we are happy to liase with on site stakeholders to ensure we get the shots you need in a timely and convenient mannor.
Filming.
The most important part of any video production project is getting the right shot. We’ll work closely with you to get the shots you need, from conducting on-site recording, to interview pieces, scripted and on the fly content.
We can film in multiple formats, and produce multi-cam content with ease for professional, multi angle content.
Draft render.
Next up we’ll deliver you a draft render of your project that you can provide feedback on. This draft allows you to spend time with your team to ensure the project meets your key needs, expectations and goals.
From here we can then discuss this feedback, shoot any top-up footage as required, and work to complete your video project.
Delivery.
Much like a physical parcel, there are lots of ways to deliver a final video file! From different compression types, file formats, resolutions and frame rates we can ensure you have exactly what you need.
It is not uncommon for us to work with our client’s web developers at this stage to make sure your completed video projects are website ready, and able to integrate within your existing content management systems.
