Client: University of Warwick Science Park
The University of Warwick Science Park is one of the UK’s most established Science Park’s, with a wide reaching portfolio of property designed for innovative business’ to grow and thrive.
We were approached by the Business Innovation Centre, one of these sites, which is one of the largest in the portfolio. The Business Innovation Centre wanted two videos producing to advertise the space, and show prospective tenants the facilities, environment and support on offer.
The Brief
The brief was to create short, engaging video content that showcase what the Business Innovation Centre’s, with the aim of helping to drive occupancy figures up and increase conversions on property sites and the Science Park’s own online materials.
In conjunction with the video footage, the shoot was also to provide an opportunity for new high quality imagery to be gathered for use on property listing sites.
Our Approach
We worked closely with the management team at the Business Innovation Centre to understand the shots, format and overall style of video that was to be achieved.
This included a mix of gimbal stabilised internal video footage, drone videography and wide shots of the buildings exterior. The final project was delivered in a range of web-friendly formats that can be easily added to online property listings.
